What sites offer free templates and how to steps to build a Resume?

I'm am looking for standard Resume template, something that is for basic work but companies will respect the Resume, nothing to big like I'm applying for a business enterprise, but nothing to small where companies wont even bother looking at it. Know what im sayin?
