DH Templates

please, help me fast, could anyone give me examples?....?

i'm a new graphic designer, and someone asked me to do a design for "letterhead", "business card", "EMAIL template" and a "COMPLIMENT SLIP" now i designed the letter head and the bus card but i have no idea about the the email template and the compliment slip i don't know even what are their length and width.... so anyone could supply me with the size of them and an image on any website so i could know how they look like, please!!!????
