how much should i charge for creating documents in word an excel with custom logo added?

I was asked if I could create an invoice that would be easy to use, and included the same picture that the company has on their business cards. The company gave me a business card from which I was asked to incorporate the logo from it onto the invoice template I was asked to create. Oh, and, I also included in the template an envelope with the company logo as well. HOW MUCH IS FAIR TO CHARGE?

1. This is secretarial work. $10/hour or less. You should be able to make one invoice form in half an hour, logo included.
2. $10/hour is fair charge. If required skill work then should charge higher like $20/hour but bear in mind that nowadays invoicing software like xin invoice http://www.xininvoice.com only cost less than $40 with payment tracking and other features. I said $25 will be good enough.
