How do I add a Free CSS Template to my webs.com site?

I am totally lost. I have a free template I am trying to put on my webs.com site. HELPPP

1. ok ok.. prabby is here to save u - go to webs.com 1- go to webs.com and sign on 2- go to "Sites I've Created" and slick "edit this site" 3- click "home" 4- on the top right hand corner, click "Template" 5- next click "Advanced CSS" 6- and u finally made it! now put ur css template code there : D and u can like add me.. http://punjabipannu.webs.com/
