Letter Templates?

Can anyone advise of where I can get some letter templates off the net ( I have looked but have given up) for various styles of letters? Complaints Compliments etc. I have a fairly old computer and have no packages of software. Therefore I do not have the Microsoft Office package! Any help appreciated
