DH Templates

How do I move text in Microsoft Office Resume Templates?

The templates have an outline with things such as "Summary of qualifications" "Education" & "Work Experience" - in the template I am using, these are boxed in pink and I can't figure out how to move those boxes with the text - all I need to do it move it up about an inch to line up better with my work experiences - help?
