Can you duplicate a custom wordpress site to use for future websites?

I want to have a new website created for my real estate company. I know my designer uses worpress and customizes the theme, and all of that good stuff. My question is, once he's created that custom site, how can we save that site as a template so that when I offer my agents their own website, he can just duplicate my current site, and change the top of the first page to reflect the new agents name, but everything else is exactly the same? I guess the main question is: Is there an easy way to duplicate a custom site to make it a "template" to use for more sites that need the exact same layout?

1. You'll have the template already (that's why your site looks like that). All you might need is a database dump, if you want the database duplicated also. That's trivial for him to do.
