- Don't use a template as I find them rubbish. Start of with all your basic details, Name, address, phone number, email, D.O.B Then list your interests make sure you include, socialising and meeting new people as in all jobs you are going to be working with people. Also it would be good to add example: cars if your going for a mechanic job or fashion if your going for Retail. Depeding on what sort of job your looking to apply for. Followed by any other interests you may have. Underneath that bullet point all your qualities. The best ones to include are *Excellent time keeping skills/punctual *Can happily work as part of a team or independently *Keen and fast learner *Computer Literate *Competent user of Microsoft packages and internet explorer (especially if your going for a job involving computers) Then any other qualities you think you have. Then include your previous employment, any work experiance, charity work etc... include all the tasks/activities you carried out whilst you was there for example, answering the telephone or serving customers, answering customer queries etc. Obviously that is just an example, as I don't know what you learnt in your work experiance. Then under that list your education any qualifications you got. Then finally any certificates or other achievements you have gotten, followed by your references. I hope this helps :)
