Where can I find online free templates for a legal business contract?

I need a contract that says they'll pay me if I get this product for them. And one that says I'll get this product for them within 2 weeks given that they just paid me.

1. 1) Anything you find online are EXTREMELY generic, usually written by non-lawyers, and thus may not be legal. 2) You may be able to find some standard templates in your local OfficeMax or such, but that cost a little money. At least they will be professionally written. 3) You can consult this "contract primer" I wrote a while back.
