How do I write a legal letter of agreement, that if I teach you something you offer it free of charge?

I'm at work and we started a non-profit organization. Other shops around the country want to learn to do what we do. However, we don't want to give them the tools unless we know they will offer this free of charge, as do we. Where can I find a template or format to write a legal document like that?
