Free HTML upload for website?

I'm trying to make a free website without a proper domain name or anything, but I cant seem to find a website where I can just upload my own HTML and CSS code, and not choose from one of thier templates. I do know HTML and CSS. p.s. If i'm not being clear, I have the files saved on my computer, and i want to upload them so they are a fully functioning website

1. If you're talking about testing your HTML/CSS you could try this website: http://www.zoicks.com/practice.htm But if you mean simply saving the code...then try sending it to your own email? That's how my sis saves her documents. xD
