Help, Cool free CSS Templates for website?

I want a cool CSS template thats free that really grabs peoples attention, ive been though hundreds of pages of templates on sites like freecsstemplates. com and a couple others, but none of them really grabbed my attention or something that has like the whole home page be a image with the "About us, Contacts, Videos, etc." like this http://www.templatemonster.com/website-templates/28787.html but that one costs

1. Well if you want a "really cool" template you might have to spend a few bucks to save you time. If not grab a CSS template from a free site and do the modifications yourself, ad the menu you want in the template, links, jpg etc. It is time consuming but I found out that was the only way to do it for little to no money
