where can I find a free HTML template for italy?

I have to make an HTML website for a country and I chose Italy but I cant find any templates that are good for this.Like I wanted to have one that has the italian flag as the background. My site will basically talk about the history, food and sightseeing of italy so I want to find a good template for this but no luck.Any ideas on some good free ones?do you have a good website I could use?
