I need to write a cv and im 17??? help please x?

Hi im 17 and have decided to leave college. I am wanting to get a full time job but i have not got a clue what to write in a cv. Please could you tell me or give me some useful websites that have cv templates on???? please x Also i need help what to put in a cover letter. I live in the uk.

1. Try and ask you careers advisor at college for a template before you leave. Very useful!!!!!
2. go on the workabout website, you'll see a link for an easy cv, and it is really easy to follow and gives you an idea on how to do it and sepperates different parts of the cv. have a look at it.
3. Go search on yahoo/google using a variety of relevant keywords Ie sample CV, School leaver CV. Go to Job centre, search for and use free resources, do an aptitude test, consider part-time training/ further education. Use training as a negotiation point in any venture, it shows ambition, without it your prospects are weak. Write your CV in a number of styles, thinking about different audiences. You are 17, so an employer is looking for a one page resume with your contact details, education, Interests and achievements in and out of school in last 5 years. You have one paragraph to sell your self. Think what does your prospective employer want from a good candidate?... then why? Match your skills and aptitudes.
