Where can I get good website templates for dreamweaver?

Are there any free templates and I need some help creating links. Please help!

1. http://www.freecsstemplates.org/ This website has very nice templates at no cost. You can edit anything on the template for free! Once you download a template you like, save it on your hard drive and open it up with Dreamweaver. This website will let you download the index.html Once you have the index, you can make more pages. To link your index with other pages you must highlight the word you want to add the link and go down to where it says properties. In the properties you will see an option that lets you type in the name of the other html pages. For example, lets say you name it Info.html, when you click on that word, you will redirected to info.html
