Can you use dreamweaver to make free templates?

I mean, dreamweaver is a program made by Adobe, what if you use the program to make templates for free for other people? I mean website templates. And even then, I want to know if you can get in trouble if you are actually selling websites (making them for money) Thanks in advance.

1. If you own DreamWeaver legally... then you can make anything you want with it.. freetemplates or pay-for templates etc. Think of it as buying a Carpenter's Hammer... Once you own the hammer - you can build as many houses as you like with it! :)
