An amazing website for CSS coding?

Are there any websites that go through step by step and shoe how to code using css/html/php/javscript/whatever needs to be used? I want something that shows how to do a header, how to do a navigation bar, how to position the body and other tables, how to make it all look very good and professional. I've looked on w3school and it teaches the individual things but I can't follow along well, I've tried teaching myself by taking templates and going through them but I need something that will explain it to me.
