How can I make a templates that changes with time?

I've seen a few sites which have templates that automatically change with change in time. Like when it's morning, they appear light colored, and the same with afternoon and evening. I own a website too, but I don't know how to do that. Is there some template code or any helpful website that solves this problem?

Those websites have separate theme for each time like for morning,evening,afternoon.You can also do it.Just create more than 1 themes i.e with different color themes & change 'em after certain time.To do this you can use 'JQuery'.It is fast, concise, JavaScript library that simplifies how to traverse HTML documents, handle events, perform animations, and add AJAX.
