I want to learn how to design blogger templates. How can I do this?

I've been blogging for a while now and would love to learn how to design my own blogger templates. I can't afford to take classes, so I was wondering if there's a book or something I could buy that would teach me.

1. I can teach you, but its better to learn yourself. You need to learn HTML and CSS... google tutorials in HTML... its easy :) I tought myself and I am a web designer by profession. Send me a mail if you need help :) Happy to help. Good luck
2. that usually requires a certificate or degree in graphic design and the aptitude for it. it tells you things like - where images and text belong on a page and what layouts are easy on the eyes, - how to match colors on a palette, - color systems, and probably a lot of other things which I didn't list. a good book to look at for starters is "Don't make me think" you should also have an artist's hand and eye and a decent graphic tablet (better than a mouse) and Adobe Design Premium. just google amazon.com for "graphic design" and start looking at books. one of those should be a good beginner's book. you also can't be color blind.
