MS Word: How do I copy data from first label to all labels on sheet?

I created a business card on the first square of the template sheet in MS Word. I want to take that exact data AND formatting and copy it to all the square cards on the sheet so I can print it. Please help? If it makes a difference I used Avery Business Cards 28877.

1. Which version of Word do you have? This is for Word 2007: Click Mailings on the ribbon Click Labels Click options Beside label vendors, select Avery. Then scroll down to the 28877 template. Click OK In the address box, type your address. Under "print" make sure it says "full page of the same lable" Then click Print
