how can i make an authentic- looking FAKE name -a-star certificate?

I want to make one to commemorate my first anniversary with my boyfriend.. but i want it for the romantic and sentimental value.. and i know that the only way you can really name a star is if you discover it, so i don't want to pay 40 bucks for a piece of paper. i've looked at fake certificate things, but they suck. i'm hoping to find a free software that will let me build my own template. can anyone help me?

1. Free? Try google's GIMP. If not, go download Adobe's Photoshop and Illustrator free trial and you can get it done in the 30 day time limit. I can help you with Photoshop and Illustrator, PM me if you download these programs.
2. You could type everything in word and just use different fonts print horizontally. You could use a program like printmaster thats prettty cheap that has some premade certificates and images in it. Easiest though would be to use an image from the internet of one and use a photo program to edit out names and add in his then print it. I looked at some and they are pretty simple and also found out the names arent recognized by anyone but the company that printed them. Better to just get someting similar like the famous worlds best dad cup I have (but of course changed for boyfriend) .
