What words do i need to put on an official Share Certificate?

Its for work, i cant find the info anywhere, there must be a set template that most companys follow?

1. The link is a google image search of the words "stock certificate" where you will see many examples.
2. Why don't you simply get a couple of stock certificates and copy the wording from there? You may own some company's stock and got those certificates already, or ask a stock broker to show you a couple and let you make copies thereof and you are home free. Sometimes blanks are even sold in stationary stores.
