I am trying to create a tax invoice type template in microsoft word [vista version], and i have been told that you can create 'prompt' boxes, as in, when you open the document, it asks you the question that you want, and inserts the answer in place that you define. For example, open the documents, prompt box appears and reads "adress of person to be billed", you enter an address and it inserts the address in the document. Hope someone can help!
