Where can I get a free invoice template that I can edit for Wordpad or MS Works?

Where can I get a free invoice template that I can edit for Wordpad or MS Works? I am looking for a FREE invoice template, just plain, with headings that I can edit. I've searched and all but they are not the format that I need and not able to edit them. I can only use Wordpad or possibly MS Works. I would prefer something that I could edit in wordpad. 1. WordPad doesn't have all those extras that is provided in the Office software so you are better off designing your own template based on your own personal needs.
2. If you don't get a response to your specific request (and you may not -- I don't know of any templates for Wordpad or Works) then you could download and use OpenOffice from openoffice.org.  It will have templates;  and it's free.

4. Why don't you try SSuite Office's free invoicing software application called EZInvoice Creator. It is a very small application and creates invoices really easy. :) http://www.ssuitesoft.com/software.htm#36280756 ................................................
