editing a web template in flash cs5?

Hi, I downloaded a free flash template from the following website: Page 2- Name: 188 Chrome Black http://www.flashmo.com/page/2 The only problem I'm having is that within CS5 I can't seem to find the buttons on the timeline (ie the Home, Services, About, Contact etc. buttons)... Can someone kindly point me to the right direction.. I'm fairly new to this so I'm not exactly sure.. thanks!

1. OH GOD STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING RIGHT NOW. DELETE EVERYTHING I'M GOING TO TELL YOU WHY. You should not develop a whole web site with flash. Only professionals should really be touching it. There are 80 Million iPhones plus 2 Million iPads out there and you want a blue lego for you're whole site?? Start with HTML to develop it and CSS for positioning and Javascript for the effects. Go to Nettus.com to get started in real web design. W3schools.com also helps you learn web languages. It's fairly easy to do it in these languages than rely on flash as a whole which is a BIG no no, you are crazy but I get it, you needed a site. I can help you if you need further instruction.
