How can i create this paper airplane in photoshop?

Hi. I'm not that great at photoshop, and i need to know how can i create paper airplane with the trail as in website such as - http://free-business-card-templates.org/ http://www.shannonmoeller.com/ http://www.blog.spoongraphics.co.uk/ They all have the airplane with trails.... Also, it would be great if some one can tell me how to create the navigation bar at http://chirp.twitter.com , with the dashed line around it. 1. This effect can be achieved by stroking a path with a dashed brush. First set up your brush by increasing the spacing of it in the brush engine. Then create your path using the pen tool. Finally, with the dashed brush selected, stroke the path.
