How to upload css tempalte to webs?

I've downloaded a css template from free-css.com,after downloaded it,i got a zip folder conataining photo,index,& style.I extract the folder.But idk how to upload the css template on my webs website.Can anyone tell me how?

1. upload those files where index and other existing files of your website are you have to overwrite or delete old file and upload there new files
