How do I set up a graduation insert in Microsoft Word?

How do I set up Microsoft word for a graduation insert to print more than one on 1 page? It will have the reception info on it and needs to be about 2 inches high and 3 inches wide to fit inside the school invitations I already have. I was using some Avery templates but they didnt print out right, weren't centered, etc.

  1. This is somewhat difficult since I'm not sure what the size of the original document is and the location you want the text to be on that document. I'm assuming you want it to print one copy on top, and the second copy on the bottom, not side to side. I know you said the Avery template doesn't work, but I think that's the easiest thing to modify. Assuming you're using Word 2003: 1. Go to Tools>Letters and Mailings>Envelopes and Labels 2. In the "Labels" tab, click on Options. 3. In "Label Options" select 5361 (thats the closest to 2x3 I found) This will bring up a page of 2x3 labels on the right hand side. You can arrange it on the page a few ways: a. When you click on the label, this square around a "+" should appear on the upper left corner. click and drag that move it to where you want it to go. b. If you want it centered to the page, right click over that square around the "+", to to Table Properties, select Center, then OK The only other alternative I can think of is to print it on clear labels and then tape it onto the invitations... Good luck!
