Making business cards on Microsoft word 2007 Quick Question?
Hello. I downloaded a template from the microsoft website, and I have the templates set up on the word document. I wrote all my info on one card, but is it possible for me to be able to write on all the cards at the same time? Or, make one card and then format it so I can have more cards just like that one that I made? I need to print over 100 cards with 2+ pictures on each card so it'll take hours to finish them. I know it's possible because microsoft isn't dumb enough not to put something like this up, but please please please if anyone knows, don't hesitate to answer! Thanks -Prince

- Buy blank Avery business cards. Choose that Avery number as the paper type. It'll print the whole sheet at once.
- If you're using a template like for Avery cardforms, and you have the first card laid out like you want, highlight everything in the square, copy, then put the cursor at the beginning of the second square and paste. Microsoft needs lay people to contribute to their Help sections. They're not dumb, just oblivious.
- Actually you will often find that the Avery cards by dimension are not in there, however by clicking on the custom tab you can enter the values for the cards and choose the option on how many you would like to print ie one or a whole sheet. A normal printer is not a duplex printer and will more than likely gum up after repeatedly printing on both sides, I actually downloaded the free version of Avery dennison as well the Microsoft support for this task this way I have everything covered
