DH Templates

i have had some CV templates sent to my mail how do i retrieve them?

i have read the letter sent with them it says there attached but cant find them

1. Then they have probably forgotten to attach them! Just reply asking them to re-send with the attachments. Once you have them it is simply a case of saving them to a folder on your hard drive.
2. open the attachment if there it nothing there tell them to resent common thing it that they forgot to attach them
