Is Intuit a good choice for website design/hosting for a small business?

I was looking at the Intuit website design and hosting page at: http://www.intuit.com/free-website-builder/ Is it any good? Or are there negatives that I don't know about? The free templates to help me build the site are appealing, but I don't know much about design/hosting to make an intelligent decision. Thanks!

2. Intuit is too expensive $4.99 for the cheapest plan and you only get 25MB of disk space and it doesn't even include a domain name. The business plan is better, but it's $19.99/month which is too expensive for what they offer.
