Where can i get a good CV template online?

i have downloaded a few. and got sent one in email by my friend. everytime i open them up i weird writing in the documents..Á letters like that. and loads more. :s what is it. can i download a good template that i can fill in.

1. Do you have Microsoft Word? I know they have a lot of templates on their microsoft website if you go under templates. If you don't, I would try to go by examples and make your own. Resumes can be made in a lot of ways, it depends what you're applying for and your experience.
