How do I turn Active X on?

I'm trying to download a template for Microsoft Word, but it wont let me. It says, "To download and use this template, you need to have Microsoft Office Word 2003 installed on your computer. In addition, you need to install the Microsoft Office Online ActiveX to automatically download and open Office Online templates on your computer." I already have Office 2003, but how do I get the ActiveX to work?

1. hi syd, easy one just install java by microsun then install direct X then adobe reader adobe flash and adobe media player it will automaticly ask do you want to install active X just say yes and it installs. good luck hope i was helpful to you
