Help with Microsoft Word?

I work in my uncle's office and I type about 15 letters everyday. When a form was sent over from a lawyer's office for us to make invoices for companies it prompted us to enter dates, amounts, etc. So how can I create a letter template that automatically updates the date, prompts for names and the recipient's address etc. Thanks.

  1. OPen word > Goto Format Menu > Scroll down to AutoFormat > Click on Options button > Click on AutoText > Under Auto text entries write the address and name and save it. Next time when you type the address or the name it will show you and you just have to press enter. And for auto update of date and time Click on Insert Menu > Goto Date And TIme > and check on update automatically. I hope this will work out.
