Creating a website with Adobe programs?

I create a website template in Illustrator, an I want to animate the Navigation bar in flash and then export it to Dreamweaver and turn it into HTML. I am having problems problems animating the Nav Bar and then making it clickable. How do I do that? Here is what i want to do. Illustrator Nav Bar---Animate with Flash---Export it to Dreamweaver and add hotspots Its not the wrong way to do it. The buttons look better in Illustrator than in Photoshop because its Vector.

1. Not the best idea. Use notepad ++.
2. If you are going to animate the navigation bar, why would you then want to turn it into HTML? I would have done the bar directly in dreamweaver, and I would have built my buttons in Photoshop, not Illustrator. You can do some limited animation and rendering/saving as a swf file in Illustrator, but I really am not sure why you used this process. You can embed Flash inside the html using Dreamweaver, but you are not doing a conversion from Flash to HTML.
