Website templates?

I got this website template and I want to use it for my website but I do not know how to "upload" it or how to make it my own? meaning how can I make this website template run as my own website, I tried Yahoo Site Builder but I don't know how to sort of transfer this template to Yahoo because I want to use my own template in designing my website with Yahoo??

1. Go to File Manager there should be an upload files option once you get into it. File Manager, because that's different than the Site Builder.
