What free website creator/domain allows me to work without a template required?

I am creating a web page for a school project and know HTML and CSS fairly well, so I want to use the format I created. The websites I went on would want me to use a template, are there any that don't have to allow that? Sorry if the question was necessary in any way, and thanks! :) **unnecessary. ;)
