What to add to a soccer resume or cv?

I am 16 and have made my decision that i will be looking to become a professional soccer player as a career i hope. I am still young but i want to know what types of things should i add to my cv when i send them into clubs. Like what things should i put on it? also are there any templates or something for a cv

1. any languages you speak besides english. your skills and how well you get along with other people.
2. First of all you dont hand in resumes to clubs. Second of all how long have you been playing, if you dont get scouted by a club by the time you get to 17 forget about playing for clubs in big leagues. By 17 players are already making first team debuts and have lots of youth team experience. Its now or never.
3. Mate u don't just send a CV in, u have to be seen by scouts. Also 16 isn't young when it comes to being spotted by clubs, most of the real pro's get spotted and sent to academy's when they're like 10 or 11.
