Looking for a free website builder with no ads and no CSS or HTML experience needed?

I'm looking for a free website builder where I can design a website without knowing HTML or CSS code. I also want the website to have no ads, and fully customizable. The pre-set themes or templates are often hard to design around my existing banner and logo. I already have a hosting company, so I'd like a website that I can host with another company. Please let me know if you have any reliable sources! Thanks so much.

2. You can always download BlueVoda. It's a drag-and-drop WYSIWYG website editor.

It comes with a free website builder. Unfortunately I think that it is tied to the free hosting, so may come up with an error if you try to move it to another host. You can add your own logo to the templates and the sites have no ads (once you adjust the template to remove the "Powered by..." line.
