How to make a basic flash template w/ out using any softwar that coast $$?

Please I want to make a website using a flash template. if you can give me a basic flash template code that would be great! I can't afford to buy one right now

2. I have suggestion that you must check some professional temaplate websites. They offer free and paid both professional templates on topic. Just visit following sources for help!
3. You should aware even if you got the flash template for free, you still need software to edit the flash template -- and software such as Adobe Flash costs hundreds. Plus if you have no flash experience before, editing a flash template is not as simple as editing HTML. You can't just do a search and replace. Maybe you can consider using a flash building software such as A4Desk (http://www.a4desk.com) which comes with template, an editor, and requires no coding. You can build websites for free (although showing their watermark) and very quickly.
