Where can I find a free website host?

I know they have free web hosts but I'm looking for one with no templates. Where it's completely blank and I can use my own css/html and page setup.

2. No-where. You ALWAYS have to pay for your own independent website always. You can go to places like webs.com you make a website where it reads gaming.webs.com and it is possible to buy it as www.gaming.com and its not much to buy.
