Where can I find professional Web Design Templates?

1. Hmmm... isn't that an oxymoron? The words 'professional' and 'templates' don't fit together in a sentence. I'm the Web Services mamager for a household-name company, and as such I have a number of design professionals working for me. They design websites on a daily basis. I've also designed websites in the past. Using a template will make your work stale and boring. Moreover, the web is one big box of templates, so to speak. Use what's out there as inspiration (but don't blatantly rip another site off). It'll work out cheaper too.
2. There are a lot of good sites out there, do some searches. You're not going to find anything really good for a cheap price though.

The best place without question is templatemonster.com where templates can be searched and purchased cheaply for $66. this is what I use for the arizona web design company i work for http://www.websiteaz.com The only issue is you will need knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver to use the full potential of these templates.
