the best and free web development templates?

Hi, I want to design a fast website and I was wondering if you can tell me where I can find very interactive, free, web templates package to design it. I'd also like the templates to be editable. THANK YOU! What do you think about yahoo! site builder package? Should I use the templates? THANKS AGAIN!
