How do you get new powerpoint templates to show up in powerpoint 2003?

I downloaded some new powerpoint templates for a presentation I'm giving, and I moved the file into the presentation designs folder within the templates folder, but they won't show up as options in powerpoint unless I browse for them. I've restarted the program, and I've restarted my computer and they still won't show up. Does anyone know a way to make the new templates show up with the ones that came with the program?
