How do I find someone to help me design my prostore templates?

Limited on funds, but I need some assistance, any suggestions?

1. elance.com, guru.com, rentacoder.com All of those are great places for free-lancers. You can set a price limit at them as well. Definitely worth checking out..
2. A lot of designer/developers for any online/web technologies camp Craigs List. try posting a request there. Try also looking for freelance developers by simply checking on Google. Check out freelancers portfolios before you start considering hiring them.
