How do you add a blog into a css page with nvu.?

I have a css template up on nvu and im trying to add a blog of some sort to the front page. how is this done!

1. You can't do it with frontpage or using any template. Blog is a software which must be installed to your hosting account. As you may know a domain name is just a name, not a real website/weblog.
