I've got a great website!! how do I make great money with it?

I own this great website www.theagentweb.com its a system that automaticly creates websites for real estates agents or brokers. We are able to create custom templates and make the sites look great! I'm just wondering if anyone can come up with a great way of selling this service. it has a set up fee and a mothly fee. Let me know. Looking forward to great answers.

1. Why don't you call the real-estate agents and brokers in your area? I was a mortgage broker before and I would have killed for something like that! Once you tell just a few in your area, they will spread the word fast. Trust me, go through the phone book, and call up some local companies. If you have time, call nationally!
2. A website with no traffic to it is useless, no matter how nice and well put together it is. You now need to run an advertising and marketing campaign to simply get people to go to your website and drive traffic to it. Hope this helps. Simon
