How do I turn this website layout from css into html?

I was looking for free website layouts, and found the perfect one for my website. This is the website with the layout: http://www.freelayouts.com/templates/Hot-Air-Balloons I downloaded it and got this: http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y128/native_girl/Picture1.png And when I opened style.css I got: http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y128/native_girl/Picture2-1.png When I tried to copy and paste that into the html editor of the hostgator website editor thing I've been using, it doesn't create anything. The page is just filled with that script. I'm really really new to building websites. How do I make this layout work?

1. Simply upload the entire file to HostGator. You should not need to create a brand new style.css Most Hosting sites should have an "upload" and a "download" option. if it does not, then I have no clue why HostGator is so popular. Look for this upload and upload each of those files. Good Luck! If you need further assistance/advice, feel free to contact me.
2. if you already have a hosting plan, you simply need to login into your c-panel (this info is listed in your welcome email) and search for an icon called "file manager" or "ftp". once you click the link and new window should open. double click "html", "http" or "www" folder. find the upload link, select your files and upload. you should be fine from there. however editing the files is a entirely different question! if you need more information about building website check out this site, they have AWESOME information. http://www.brandbuildsell.com/build-your-site/
