What skills are necessary to design blog templates for selling?

Is it CSS or javascript?

1. css is the method to seperate the script...css is not programming language...something like font color or picture....so you dont need to type color or picture command in main page...javascript is the interactive programming language...you can animate the picture or cursor...like html <marquee>but javascript more powerfull than html....i recommend you to use javascript to design the template...if you familliar with javascript you can upgrade ur skill with micromedia cold fushion......more powerfull tools...GOOD LUCK
