Where can I get good legal document templates for websites and software?

I am looking for legal document templates for End User License Agreements, Privacy Policies, and other documents related to software and website licensing. Lawyers are too expensive and I think most are under qualified to make a good EULA for a website. I think a EULA that has been a work in progress for a few years would be a better alternative.
